Went to UPS Store to ship something out and Jessica made everything so easy for me! Great customer service in which she really made my day better. Even though there are closer UPS stores to my house I will be coming back to this location. She was incredible

Visited just now and the store was very helpful with a customer who could not follow directions on their Amazon return. That customer was me.

I worked here and the manager is truly one of the most wretched people i’ve ever met. Never been in a more toxic work environment which is ironic considering there are only four employees. Workers barely know what they’re doing. Manager doesn’t train employees and is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. You’ll be better off going to any of the neighboring stores and personally i would never go somewhere where the manager discriminates against their employees.

One of the nicest UPS stores. I’m shipping a lot and I’m there weekly. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you. The owner is very professional and caring. Lucky to have them so close to us. Highly recommended.!!
